“I received my Snowblind today but had little time to inspect it. I opened it up and noticed a tinted film covering the inside of the glass. It had some really bad bubbles near the bottom. My question is should I remove the tinted film or contact support?”

Yes you remove the film. The directions and instructions are absolutely horrible with this system. You must take off the clear display monitor on the pc. One screw in back and it pops off. There is a packing foam bag inside that must be removed or it will melt and destroy the PC, if not catch your home on fire. Take that out and then remove film off back of monitor. Reinstall monitor. The. You take film off outside of monitor. It will not void warranty as Best Buy answered if you remove the film. It will void the warranty if you do not open it up and do the above mentioned because it will dry your pc.
