“I got this pc recently and everything is running smoothly however the fans at the front don't light up they are running except there is no lighting for any of the 3 i've used polychrome to see if i had to turn them on but that didn't work either”

open the windowless slide and make sure all the cables are connected to the RGB controller (that's the little square box sitting to the left of the cables and is screwed to the frame).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open the PC from the backside (not the glass but the metal panel on the other side). You'll notice some wires are disconnected. Plug them in (there's a small chip that they plug into, should be obvious). My PC was the same, and after connecting these wires, all lights were on.
