Yes, you can add or remove components. I have already upgraded my RAM and might actually move it all to a different case. Its a standard PC.

Of course. Just open the glass case and remove what you want. I was pleased to find that the motherboard came with an m.2 slot, so I've ordered a 2 tb nvme drive which I'll use to move the PC's Windows 10 installation to, for 7x faster speeds. I also bought two more sticks of RAM to fill out the remaining two DIMM slots.
