Hello there, We use various brands and manufacturers of graphics cards for our systems depending on what we have in stock, so unfortunately we cannot provide information about the graphics card. However, the 2080 Super graphics card will most likely be a dual fan. This system's CPU is indeed liquid cooled. Hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions!
