“Has anyone had a problem with opening this brand new and the RGB lights only turning red? The fan is turning, but the light indicating the cpu is "thinking/working" isn't flashing, and my monitor says no power. Am I doing something wrong?”

Your HDMI or Display Port should be plugged into your graphics card, not the motherboard. When you're able to get a picture you can customize the color by using the RGB Fusion app that should already be installed upon booting up your computer.
