“The packaging for the PC said that the fans had addressable rgb, I've looked up how to do it and have installed icue all the way to mystic light. Still non of them work, is there a program that I don't know about? (I also have IBP smart lighting)”

Hello, The program you are looking for is the one that your motherboard manufacturer owns. Look up at company that made the motherboard in your PC, and visit their website to download their RGB software.
