- Answer Hello, This was a mistake that should only affect a small number of units. If you open up your system and see that is has the wrong specs, please exchange it at Best Buy for a new one.

QuestionHow do you customize the colors to the fans? There is no program on the PC that lets me customize the RGB lights inside. Didnt come with a remote either which some apparently came with. HELP!

- Answer Actually there is, it is called Armoury Crate (by Asus). Now that I say that, it does seem like I was prompted to download it, but I honestly don't remember.
