If the case has no screws on the back where the glass panel is, you simply need to gently pry it open. When looking at the PC from the back or rear I/O ports, the handle is located on the top right.

A:AnswerBe careful it has Bluetooth hardware and software but the Bluetooth can't find any devices. had assistance from Mutiple agents and never got fixed.

A:AnswerI haven’t tried 1440p but if you have max graphics on dx12 on Fortnite you get around 200 fps and with performance mode I got like 360-450 fps in creative and in battle royal 280.
A:Answermine hasnt arrived yet, but for the most common troubleshooting settings for 1, id say if your monitor doesnt have speakers thats one reason, drivers could be an issue, same for if the computer doesnt have its own sound drivers, if thats the case then get headphones.
