- Answer There is a preinstalled app on the computer, called rgbfusion, open that up and turn on the lights.

QuestionI bought this and an HDMI cord and hooked it up to a monitor and the monitor is hooked up. The computer turns on cuz all the lights light up. I even tried hooking it up to a smart TV and nothing. How do I fix this?

- Answer Common mistake made is that its being plugged into the motherboard and not the GPU, make sure it is being plugged into the graphics card

- Answer It will! Although the graphics card is very outdated and will not meet the recommended that the developers have set! The ram is also not enough and is matter in fact gonna need double what this pc can offer!

- Answer - Try plugin the audio jack into it really had - Or click the "Mic in" on the pop-up window that appears each time you plug in an audio jack - Don't forget that there are audio ports specifically made for microphones, speakers, and headphones

- Answer So what you need to do it go to the website that is linked on the little card it gives you, then it will tell you to write a review of the computer on BestBuy, Google, and some other website I don’t remember, I only used BestBuy and google because the other tried to make me make an account and I didn’t want to, after you write the review you screen shot them and submit them. I got $20 on Amazon for mine.

QuestionI got this computer for my son. The GPU keeps spiking from 0 to 100 and he can’t really play very many games due to lagging. He is playing wirelessly right now, but plan to run an Ethernet cable. We also added more RAM. Is the spiking due to internet?

QuestionIs there a way to control the volume with the keyboard? I've changed keyboards so I know it isn't a problem with the keyboard itself. I've never had this issue with a pc before.

- Answer there are antenna included in the box, they look like small paddles. on the back of the computer there are places to screw in the antenna, which should enable wifi and bluetooth
