- Answer Hello, Yes the PSU is 700 watts. It is 80+ Gold. We are unable to specify the graphics card and memory model as we use a variety of brands depending on what we have in stock. This system will work with the 3070.

- Answer Liquid is preinstalled in the AIO no need for coolant!! Plug and play ready. although later down the line it would be smart to change water out to increase lifespan
