The MB this system comes with has 3 M.2 NVMe SSD ports and 4 SATA ports. If you are trying to install extra storage using the SATA ports make sure that you connect the SATA cable from the Drive to the port on the MB. Also make sure to plug in the power from the PSU to Drive as well. Next once you boot into Windows check disk management to see if your newly installed storage drives are showing up. If they are new drives you will need to initialize the drives and set what kind of drive it will be, best option would be to create a simple drive. If there is stuff already on it, should show up automatically. If you are still having issues please contact the number on the box for further assistance in diagnosing your issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to make the compiter "discover" it. It doesnt just see it automatically. You dont want to do 2.5 drives anyways. Theyre slow. You want to use M.2 drive and dont forgot to buy the mounting screws for it too.
