• Yes, as the previous commenter has stated I would suggest upgrading your PSU to a 750 Watt at least if you plan on upgrading the GPU to a GTX 3060ti from the GTX 1650. This system comes with a 600 Watt PSU.

• You can always upgrade, just don’t under power it. I always recommend a new power supply with that drastic of a change
