• A:Answer The RGB Fusion that is installed may be out of date. Most RGB software now needs internet connectivity in order to update to the latest version of the RGB Software. As such there maybe some compatibility issue with the software and as suggested just needs to be uninstalled and then reinstalled to latest version.
