Hi Maddie, you can hook up your tv with a dvi to HDMI converter neither cord is supplied. Yes you can run Minecraft Java I do it’s able to run optifine at medium level shaders pretty well. Yes I would imagine you can stream on twitch. For me the WiFi connection is weak or at least where I first set it up so consider lan line connection to help with any lag.
