Well. You may know about about the global chip shortage. Which includes processors and graphics card. Things are really expensive because of that. And I would recommend you getting a ryzen 5 3600 with either a gtx 1660 or 2060. Gt 710 is good but if we combine it with a good processor like ryzen 5 3600. You won't get a good performance. Or you could buy it and then wait for market to get better and then replace your graphics card which is good idea.
