- Answer Hello, Yes this system can record in OBS. If you upgrade the RAM this system will be able to run basically any game, and handle most productivity tasks. Upgrading the SSD will not do much for performance, but would get you more storage.

- Answer Hello, This system has a 400 watt power supply. We are unable to specify the motherboard model as we use a variety of brands in our systems depending on what we have in stock. This motherboard doe support dual channel memory.

- Answer Hello, As long as you are changing the power supply to one that is 400 watts or greater, it would not damage the PC. Yes you can add that RAM to this system!

QuestionWe plugged in the mouse and monitor that we got and it's plugged in good. The pc turned on and the monitor did too, but it didn't show anything. There was an unplugged cable inside, are there supposed to be any loose cables?

- Answer Make sure you plug HDMI cable to the graphics card. You should have to to remove the plastic cover. There was more than one spot to plug hdmi, make sure it in right place.

- Answer Hello, This can depend on a number of factors, such as how strong your WiFI is, how close your system is to your router, if there are any obstructions between such as walls. For the strongest internet connection, we suggest using an ethernet cable.
