- Answer Any monitor is fine, you can even get it to work with a TV, though not recommended. You would also need a HDMI cable to connect the pc to the monitor.

- Answer It would probably be around 50 to 60 dollars cheaper if you built it yourself. GTX 1650's can be hard to find on sale though, so they might be overpriced.
