Yes, it’s ready to go out the box. All you need to do is plug it in the outlet. It has a cord to connect to the monitor. Use a display port and not an HDMI cable. To add more ram, make sure you are on a wood or other hard surface not rug cause of energy conductivity. Unscrew the side glass panel, you will see the ram to the right of the blue fan. Push in two clips to take out the old ram then insert the new one. Make sure you take out the old ram and insert two new ones, if you mix and match brands and speed, it can cause problems. If you buy 16gb of ram meaning two 8gb sticks, place them in slot 2 and slot 4 as the motherboard states.
