QuestionI tried downloading the software for the RGB lighting, but when I went to open it I got an error that the program couldn't be found. The one I tried was Dragon Center, was that correct? The MB is a B460m Pro-VDH WIFI. Why isn't the software preloaded??

- Answer Hello, This most likely means your GPU has a setting where it does not utilize the fans if the GPU is not under enough load. This is to reduce noise!

QuestionThe description says that it has one stick of RAM (8GB) but has two slots. Does this mean it is possible to add another 8GB stick to the open slot? My son has this computer and is having some issues with lag when gaming. Wondering if more RAM will help.

- Answer Hello, Yes that means you can add another stick of RAM in the open slot! Lag can be attributed to a variety of factors, but upgrading to 16GB of RAM would indeed improve his gaming experience.
