“Why does it say my Windows product key is incorrect? Where is the correct one so I can activate Windows??”

• Oddly enough, after trying everything else, I actually clicked 'Troubleshoot', and the next thing I know, it's like "Windows has been activated". Odd, but I'll take it.

• the product key is integrated into the motherboard if it is not working you will have to contact ibuypower
