Assuming that is a 1080p 240Hz monitor you would have no problem getting 240 fps with the right settings on games like Warzone. Keep in mind that 1080p high framerate gaming will generally see a cpu bottleneck and not a gpu bottleneck so you may want to find a pc with a more capable cpu (not that the i7-11700KF is slow, it's not). Maybe look for a 12th gen Intel cpu and a 3070ti or 3080 (vs. paying more for a pre-built with a 3080ti).
