“The example is a good start, what accessories does this come with? But also is it a full unit? I was checking out IBP's site and they would ship some without the GPU installed and would have to be done manually, It's a gift for a none-techie person.”

Comes with the keyboard and mouse - both plug into the tower. Only need to screw in the antenna on the back of the tower and then plug in the monitor, keyboard and mouse. Once it comes up, follow the prompts to set up to the internet/wifi etc.

Typically we ship prebuilt systems with the GPU uninstalled to minimize risk of damage to your card during shipment, as these parts are very delicate. Luckily, we include instructions on how to install your GPU in the packaging, and should you continue to have issues installing it, you can look up video tutorials on how to install GPUs online.
