Yes, it supports bluetooth. No speakers included. There's an audio out and an audio in on both the top/front panel and attached to the motherboard. My motherboard was a Gigabyte B560M DS3H AC. The CPU cooler definitely needs to be replaced, it's a cheap DeepCool single fan.
