Q: QuestionJust purchased this and cannot get games to load quickly..took 4-5 hours to upload dead by daylight. And Apex 5 hours. Is that typical? Once uploaded Apex keeps crashing. Fortnite crashes. Thought this system could run those with no problems. Any ideas?

Q: QuestionWhere is the HDD located? Mine recently arrived and it only has the 480 SSD with no way to access the extra storage. Is there a way I can fix this?

• A:Answer The secondary HDD is located in the metal enclosure at the bottom of the case in the space behind the power supply. Your system should have booted up with the secondary HDD as the D Drive. If it did not, you may have a problem with the Mother Board or the Windows installation. You may want to consider returning your PC.

• A:Answer I had the same issue. First, go into the bios settings and change the fan cooling scheme. Mine was set to "Normal", which meant that the fan speed never went above 41% no matter how warm things got. You can download and use a program like MSI Afterburner to check temps and fan speeds, and fine tune adjustments. Secondly, consider replacing the power supply. My power supply completely died after one week, after failing and causing the system to crash several times before that. As many reviewers have said, the power supply is very cheap and unreliable, and really not worthy of a system at this cost. Geek squad would have replaced the failed power supply for me, but with another cheapo from the same place. I added a better 750w model and have no issues since then.

• A:Answer Of course. The SATA sockets for additional drives are on the MotherBoard near where the rear of the graphics card sits. They are a little hidden by the graphics card, but they are easy to access once you find them. You will also need to power it from the power supply. There are unused power supply connectors that can be used. They are tucked in under the metal box where the secondary HDD is that comes with the PC.
