- Answer Yes, this build doesn't have an proprietary parts. If you want to run an AMD chip you'll need a different motherboard though. Just check the compatibility first.

- Answer it depends on which fan you are asking about. if its the cpu fan then yes. it actually came with water cooling cpu fan. the others have some nice power and are on the quiet side as well
