Reinstall windows. It seems they are switching out the hardware time to time. I bought two of these, same day same store, and one had a Radeon popup until I uninstalled the software. They both came with RTX 3070 hardware, as advertised. If this doesn't fix your blue screen of death, I'd seek an exchange. When everything works as intended, these are really nice.
