As the community answer states unplug the system from your wall outlet, but I would also recommend hitting the power button a few times in order to power cycle the system. After about 10 seconds plug your system back into the outlet and see if that works. If you are still having issues powering your system after that please contact the customer support number on the box for a more through diagnosis.
