The listing for this system states it only comes with a 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD. You may have accidentally confused it for a similar model Y40BI7N46T02. As for the clicking noises from the fan I would double check to make sure that there are no obstructions in the fan well as sometimes debris may accidentally get stuck there. If you are still having issue with the fans please contact the customer support number on the box that your system came in for a more thorough diagnosis.
