If you don't want to install a M.2 onto your MB you will need to purchase either a 2.5 SSD or 3.5 HDD as there is housing that is specifically made for those in the case, though you will need to do some wiring on your own if you install those. As for RAM they are 16GB DDR5 5200MHZ x2. If you want the best performance thought you will need to remove one of the RAM and look at the clock speed and purchase sticks that are the same.
