“I got this pc it keeps crashing it freezes and makes a noise in my headphones then turns off then turns back on.Any suggestions how to fix”

After having my IT look over my pc, it appears this only runs 700 watt cooling when this system needs at least 850. That is why we are all having horrible freezing issues. Not good on Ibuypower to build a pc that can't handle the power.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.make sure all of your cables are plugged in to your mother board when i got mine i had a few that wasnt plugged in mainly fan ones but my rgb wasnt working and it was all in the bottom of the case
