Hi there! Yes, generally we have our GPUs uninstalled to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. All of our systems requiring GPU installation include instructions on how to install your GPU at home. You can also lookup videos online on installing GPUs as well. Our systems also include a keyboard and mouse, but those only need to be plugged into the USB slots on the back IO (behind the computer).
