Hi I am not a technician however I have done some pc building and did the research on this. In my opinion the Cousair Platnum series 5600 xmp ready will OC up to 7000 if you use 2 sticks of 8 gb. However I prefer 32 gb. So 4 sticks of 8 gb to fill all slots will be optimal. And yes It is best to use all 4 slots because I di the research oon that as well Matching ram is optimal. According to the specs on this computers build the processor i9 14900kf specs say Up to DDR5 5600 MT/s so this is the best choice according to the specs of the processor DOMINATOR® PLATINUM RGB 64GB (4x16GB) DDR5 DRAM 5600MT/s CL36 AMD EXPO & Intel XMP Memory Kit from there you can overcolock it with xmp harmoniously with the board bios xmp options. then the processorand ram will not conflict. The ram that comes with this build in my opinion is incorrect for optimum overclocking because it does not meet the processors specs at 6000 before overclocking. And that will create minute frequency issues in the long run that are bad for the board procesor harmonious meeting point.
