• A:Answer Hello! Yes, you can. However, this PC uses the HYTE Y60 case which isn't optimized for larger graphics cards like RTX 5090 and some 5080 models. It's suggested to use a larger case and consider a higher wattage power supply. This PSU uses a 750 Watt gold-rated.

Q: QuestionHas the crashing issues with the i9-14900's been resolved where out of the box the cpu power limits were set higher than they should have been causing a lot of stability issues and blue screens?

• A:Answer As Far as I can tell, a BIOS update fixes this. I had a lot of issues with the i9 causing stability issues and crashes, some games wouldn’t even load and some were causing blue screens. Was using Extreme Tuning Utility for a while to work around it, but then updated my BIOS and haven’t run into an issue yet. If you decide to buy just make sure the BIOS is up to date. Intel claims they fixed it with this Update, and so far, since updating, I haven’t run into any issues

Q: QuestionI find out that the Intel Processor 14th generations has issues with crushing, as of August 2024 there is no fix for an Intel CPU that is crushing like this. Do I need to exchange it or do you offer extended warranty, what is the solution?

• A:Answer So, the computer still runs great and what happen was when I was playing War Thunder I set up the graphic settings to Max Level and the game crushed, when I lower it down to High level and restarted the game it came back to normal. I was just worried that it was the processor fault and I am glad it is not the case. I like this computer a lot, its great.

We use brands based on availability at the time of assembly, though we use major brands for motherboards, such as ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI and ASRock. The exact brand/manufacturer will vary, but the model of the motherboard is correct and consistent. However, there should be at least one more M.2 slot.

Q: Questionthe display keeps shutting off. main monitor went straight out. 2nd monitor on the hdmi flickers and goes out.. then the computer restarts. any idea of the cause? just bought it. been installing games. wasnt even using it for anything else.

Q: QuestionI just bought this. Is there a way to add 2 or 3 more fans at the top. If so where can i buy the same fans in the case at. I want them to match in color color and can i connect them to the controler that comes with it.
