“I find out that the Intel Processor 14th generations has issues with crushing, as of August 2024 there is no fix for an Intel CPU that is crushing like this. Do I need to exchange it or do you offer extended warranty, what is the solution?”

So, the computer still runs great and what happen was when I was playing War Thunder I set up the graphic settings to Max Level and the game crushed, when I lower it down to High level and restarted the game it came back to normal. I was just worried that it was the processor fault and I am glad it is not the case. I like this computer a lot, its great.

Please try again later.A little late on this answer, but there is a fix now (apparently) all that is needed is a BIOS update for the processor, which supposedly fixes majority of the issues with the 14th Gen Cards. (So they say) Or, download intel extreme tuning utility, the card comes overlocked, which isn’t optimal, just lower the values a little bit. I had issues with games crashing, not loading, etc, with a few games causing my PC to blue screen. Started using Extreme Tuning Utility till I had learned about the BIOS Update, haven’t had any problems since.
