I would recommend a tool kit like this one or similar. You will definitely need a torx head screw driver which is included in this kit. The things you might need that are not included would be things like a heat gun and heat sink compound. Lastly, you’re going to want to clean the inside out very carefully if you’re going disrupt the existing heatsink compound. You’ll need alcohol and a microfiber towel for that.
