If the bits are falling out, and if, when the bits are held in the handle upright, the bits still do not magnetize to anything as they should, there may be an issue with the magnet in the handle and you should contact iFixit for a replacement.

You might need to exchange your tool kit for a new one, because I haven’t had those kind of problems with mine.

None of my bits have fallen out of my driver. There could be something defective with the one you purchased
