“When I plugged the clock up and set everything up it worked fine. The next day I lost internet service and now the clock display will not show. It is very dim to the point you cant see it. I have tried the dimmer switch but it won't turn up.”

It seems like you have the auto dimmer on the AVS app turned on. 1. Open the AVS app. 2. Select Setting icon on the bottom right. 3. Select Display Brightness 4. Select both setting on brightness high If the problem persists please visit ihome.com/support
