“I cannot get the second alarm to EVER go off. I set Alarm 1 for 5 a.m. and Alarm 2 for 6 a.m. and Alarm 2 never goes off. Help please!”

The alarms are set the same way. At the bottom right hand corner you see the "1" and "2" in a circle that looks like an alarm clock. That is the indication that both alarms are active/on.
