A:AnswerThe CR2450 3V battery is included for battery backup. Install it in the backup battery compartment located on the bottom of the unit before using the unit. See page 13 in the user manual for more on installing and replacing backup batteries.

A:AnswerThe alarm can be cancelled by pressing the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 buttons as well as the power button located in the upper center of the panel. That button has a white LED lit so it is easy to find in the dark.
A:AnswerYes, On the back it has a USB port for recharging phones and other devices and it provides the ability to preset channels. Its a great little radio/alarm clock. I have the alarm set for the radio and it is great how the radio starts at a lower volume setting and gradually (over a few seconds) increases to your preset volume level.
