Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure no one else blue tooth is on. I know for what ever reason if my bluetooth is on and someone is trying to bluetooth to it. There's won't even if I'm not trying to connect to it. Idk why but it does it on multi different items. Not just this.
