Yes Please ... at times when I am in a call and the iHOME BT speaker shows signs of low battery, I start the charge on simultaneously and have had no issues. Been using for close to 15 months now...

When I’m not using my echo I have my phone talking to my Bluetooth of course that’s the way I use it most the time. When I’m not using my echo I have my phone talking to my Bluetooth speaker. I’ve taken it kayaking with me hiking and traveling with my girlfriend in hotels. It’s a terrific speaker! The battery life is very very good although I couldn’t tell you exactly how long it lasts.
