No need to enter your hidden SSID or password. My SSID is also hidden & I had no issues setting mine up in seconds. Just download the iHome Control App & it will connect automatically using the information from your phone. Quick & easy!

I have the device but my network is not hidden so I don't know the answer, however hiding your SSID does nothing but create problems for your own network. If a hacker wants the SSID then it is easy to get with free tools since it is not encrypted or anything (just not broadcast without a specific request). All hiding does for the legitimate users is create more work and network disconnects. Just use a non-offensive name, broadcast it and be done with it. :-)
