• Hi, I have no problems with charging my 12 Pro Max, it connects as soon as I place my phone on the device. I also have an case on my phone.

• Hi Sandy, Yes, the iW18 is compatible with iPhone 12 Pro Max because it charges on a flat surface. Thanks
