  • QuestionCan anyone help me get the voice control working? My son got this for Christmas and it pairs with his phone but doesn't respond to voice commands.

    • Answer 1. Make sure the speaker is charged for 4-6 hours prior to use. 2. Check that all connections are correct and properly plugged in. 3. Make sure your phone/device is properly paired with the Li-B43. (then you can answer calls through the speaker). 4. Make sure the ON/OFF/TRY ME switch is not in the OFF position. To reset the speaker press and hold the Bluetooth/Pairing/Speakerphone button for 9 seconds. Then the Bluetooth will need to be re-paired. For additional assistance please contact eKids Support at 1-800-288-2792 Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm EST.
