A:Answer1. Make sure the speaker is charged for 4-6 hours prior to use.
2. Check that all connections are correct and properly plugged in.
3. Make sure your phone/device is properly paired with the Li-B43. (then you can answer calls through the speaker).
4. Make sure the ON/OFF/TRY ME switch is not in the OFF position.
To reset the speaker press and hold the Bluetooth/Pairing/Speakerphone button for 9 seconds. Then the Bluetooth will need to be re-paired.
