“Just so I'm clear about the costs I have to pay $64.99 for the installation and possibly a wiring harness? The way I am understanding it as I read is that I also have to pay for other things at additional costs. Is this true”

Yes that is true. You have to buy the bracket and Wiring cables on top of the $64.99 cost. I ended up getting another place install my radio that included EVERYTHING in the price.
