“My car's factory wiring harness connector has been severed, leaving just the wires. I have a replacement Metra wiring harness. Will I be able to have this installed when I come in for head unit installation?”

Not sure why Best Buy isn't answering this themselves online but is throwing it out onto previous customers. You would have to speak directly with a technician in the car area. Give them a call -- they're very nice, in my experience.
