We had to buy a new desktop with Windows 11. Geek squad came to the house and transferred EVERYTHING from our present computer, which is 15 years old with Windows 10. The agent was so phenomenal and we are so relieved that everything was transferred without a problem. Our “old” computer has a disk drive on the side but new desktops do not have them. The Agent told us a separate external disk drive can be purchased. Hope this answered your questions!
