Why should I provide a service for Best Buy? I don't recall ever having received a paycheck from Best Buy. In fact, last March I paid your Geek Squad to come to my home to deal with an issue with a printer I had recently purchased from Best Buy. In attempting to fix the problem, the Geek Squad technician created another problem that I eventually had to call HelloTech to remedy.
