• I think it will fit well, I have my 13.3 in Galaxy Pro 360 and it fits well.

• Yes, it'll fit but not too snugly. I use it on a daily basis with the M2 Air. Anything larger than that computer probably would not fit though.

• it will be a little big , but honestly since the sleeve is thick it will still protect it ok
