• yes it should be fine if the custom designs are like vinyl sticker onto your laptop. However, any casing will not fit well inside the sleeve. This sleeve is perfectly molded just for the laptop itself.

• It's a soft case. As long as your design is flexible, you may be able to put a decal onto the case.
